Each double strength Omega-3 fish oil softgel contains 1200mg of Ester-Omega® Fish Oil. This provides 600 mg of Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids comprising of DHA, EPA and other fatty acids. Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
