Each nutrient in the Vitamin B-100® Complex performs a unique role in maintaining proper metabolic functioning and is essential for well being.** When taken together in a complex formula, the B Vitamins help to maintain the health of the nervous system, skin, eyes and hair.**
This product is specially formulated to provide a gradual release of vitamins over a prolonged period of time. This product delivers 100 mg each of B-1, B-2, Niacin, B-6, Inositol, PABA, Pantothenic Acid and Choline Bitartrate, as well as 100 mcg of B-12 and Biotin, and 400 mcg of Folic Acid.
No Artificial Flavor, No Preservatives, No Sugar, No Starch, No Milk, No Lactose, No Soy, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Fish. Sodium Free.
